Starting as an HR intern then extending as a student on project for a year has been an exceptional experience, where I learned and developed most of my interpersonal and technical skills. For high-performing interns, we offer an extension of the internship experience. This program allows interns to further engage and showcase their work and potential. They get assigned real projects and act as part of our teams, enabling them to apply their skills and knowledge in a practical setting, while receiving mentorship and guidance.
We provide students with a unique opportunity to spend a day observing and learning from our teams. Participants shadow experienced team members, gaining insights into daily operations and departmental functions. They conduct interviews with professionals to deepen their understanding of the industry and gather information to deliver a presentation concluding their learnings and insights.
For the third year in a row, as Froneri collaborates with AUC Career Center to host high schoolers to get the full picture of Ice Cream manufacturing. This year the factory tour was accompanied by engaging games and activities to introduce the various functions and departments to students and help them visualize their possible career directions in HR, Marketing, Sales, Quality and Supply Chain.

The Froneri team has shared their insights, knowledge, and experience with our students. This has given a great opportunity to meet the professionals and to learn from them how to link academics to practice.
