Requirements
Education: Bachelor Degree
Major: Business Administration or similar
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in same field
Channel management experience
Sales operation experience is preferable
Merchandising and planograming experience is required
Job Description
- Plan, develop and deploy salesman merchandizing tools
- Plan in coordination with Marketing and Sales the support for all new launches.
- Develop sales presenters & road shows for sales teams
- Assess launch success & prepare post activity evaluation report
- Help develop annual promotional plan on brand level & country level in line with brand guidelines, Sales feedback as well as shoppers' insights.
- Produce & ship promotional packaging and support material to all regions within agreed timelines.
- Ensure packaging quality is always best in class.
- Pre & post promotions evaluation through: ROI assessment, pre and post evaluation & market feedback as well as market data readings when applicable.
- Work closely with Finance to validate all promotions for planning
- Drive channel performance to achieve targets.
- Act a liaison between sales and marketing to ensure the right plans are put for the channel and the right execution happens on ground.
- Ensures the channel needs and agenda are planned for and executed.
- Ensure the brand plans are executed per channel.
- Complete the ICP process and manage the stakeholders for it
