Job Description
- Set the annual operating budget whether selling, trade & Resource plan (operating trucks & Headcount) on a national level and cascading it down to the line managers & following up on a regular bases.
- Ensure full implementation of the annual operational plan and provide the feedback about progress on a national level to line managers and the Executive Committee.
- Propose the operational KPIs and monitoring the actual achievements vs Budget.
- Assist Sales team by providing relevant analysis reports that needs to identify the Gaps to enhance the service level.
- Monitor & Track Master Data of Customers and developed route to market Strategy
- Monitor Trade asset Availability & tracking their performance.
- Update the key activities at the Point of Sale done by competitors monthly through analyzing competitor trends / research data at the Category, Channel and Customer level
- Support Sales team with pre and post evaluations of trade promotions/activities.
- Support Sales Team by reporting execution performance & sales performance vs Plan for Category, Channel and Customer initiatives.
- Adhere to SHE & Security policies and procedures in all site activities; also, to ensure that his subordinates are following the same rules
