Requirements


Education: Bachelor's Degree

Major: Business Administration or any relevant field

Experience: 2-4 years of experience preferably in FMCG Industry or an agency

Previous Experience in a Trade Marketing role

Previous Experience in an FMCG industry is a plus

Excellent English

Ability to gather and analyze data efficiently with strong attention to detail

Knowledge of launching new products in channel business

Job Description


  • Define Channel strategies and plans that deliver channel growth based on consumer, shopper, and customer requirements, and in line with overall market strategy.
  • Generate compelling shopper stories to develop winning strategies by channel vs. competition.
  • Support the Annual Commercial Planning process by identifying the key opportunities (incorporating understanding on shoppers, category, customer, competition, channel, and external environment).
  • Maximize off take on company brands through developing best in class Point of Sale Material (POSM) with Trade Marketing team, Brand Managers & Sales Team.
  • Recommend actionable in-store solutions based on a clear understanding on shopper behaviour within the channel. 
  • Drive implementation of in-store solutions and continuously review the effectiveness of our in-store actions.
  • Recommend clear promotional guidelines based on shopper understanding and current market knowledge. 
  • Develop effective and efficient promotional activities in line with guidelines and ensure their acceptation and implementation.
  • Ensure all promotional investment is properly evaluated.
  • Monitor all promotional trends, initiatives, and competitor actions by channel/ subchannel and strategic customers.
  • Prepare and implementing new product trade launch plan and conducting pre and post evaluation
  • Lead the discussion in the monthly sales review meeting.
  • Conduct periodically trade visit to assess new launches and MWB`s implementation in key markets.
