Cold Store Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a Mechanical/Electrical engineer to join Froneri Egypt as a Cold Store Maintenance Engineer.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Major: Mechanical – Electrical
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in cold store maintenance
Demonstrated experience in Ammonia
Excellent Use of Microsoft Office
Willing to learn and grow
Previous experience in FMCG is a plus
Ability to build personal relationships based on trust, mutual respect and open communication
Quality driven
Team player
Accountability, Promote ownership of the business and its results
Job Description
- Lead his subordinates to achieve his department objectives according to FRONERI's standards.
- Responsible for reviewing all system reports related to his job responsibilities.
- Responsible for achieving KPI's.
- Responsible for scraping process frequently according to FRONERI's guidelines and standards.
- Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly reports requested from his manager.
- Responsible for misuse & accident reports and analysis.
- Follow-up cold store, other site equipment & utilities maintenance performed by his team & Suppliers.
- Follow up on daily breakdowns feedback & perform monthly breakdowns analysis for Distribution center.
- Ensure on time completion of new projects.
- Review spare parts availability & ensure control over DC technical store.
- Adhere to SHE & Security policies and procedures in all site activities; also, to ensure that his subordinates are following the same rules.
- Part of Ammonia audit committee for all IC sites.
