Requirements


Education: Bachelor's Degree

Major: Business Administration or any related field

Experience: 6 - 8 years of experience preferably in FMCG

Understand trade channels/ Knowledge of Shopper behaviour

Strong knowledge of Trade

Knowledge of the brand (positioning and strategies)

Strong knowledge of local market

Knowledge of Froneri leadership framework

Drive Category and Shopper Knowledge

Job Description


  • Managing and providing overall guidance to the sales team. 
  • Achieve sales value and numeric distribution targets through following the business KPI's. 
  • Control trade assets in the market.
  • Ensure the deployment of different visibility packages P.O.P. 
  • Provide feedback about progress of NCE in the areas to line manager and NCE Executive Committee. 
  • Provide the Sales management with the sufficient reports covering people's performance /behavior/ market conditions/ competition/ others. 
  • Lead, coach, and direct the sales supervisor & Sales force to achieve the preset sales objectives and targets, and ensures the highest distribution of NPD's.
  • Maximize the best utilization of company assets (Freezers/ trucks) to ensure the highest productivity/ efficiency.
