Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a Mechanical/Electrical engineer to join Froneri Egypt as a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Major: Mechanical – Electrical
Experience: 3 - 5 Years in maintenance preferably within FMCG industry
Solid understanding of maintenance, transportation and safety procedures
Strong Knowledge fleet services processes & procedures
Strong knowledge of SHE & security procedures.
Preferably Alexandria Resident
Job Description
- Control over technical store. Review spare parts availability and needs in order to place POs & avoid any stock shortage.
- Follow up trucks' daily breakdowns and perform monthly breakdowns analysis for all branches.
- Regular Follow up with third party with clear service level agreement & evaluation.
- Lead a team of technicians to ensure maximizing their performance and efficiency.
- Plan and organize periodic maintenance & annual renewal.
- Give technical support for all trucks and cooling supervisor and technicians across all Froneri branches.
- Apply the requirements of the safety, health & Environment at work place.
