Education: Bachelor’s degree

Major: Marketing

Experience: 5-7 years of Marketing Experience

FMCG Marketing Background

Market Research experience is a must

Retail audit experience

Experience with digital media





Job Description


  • Leading the Innovation and Renovation process
  • Oversee strategy and development of new products & brands
  • Develop pipeline of products that will generate growth working closely with cross functional team across innovation and renovation
  • Renovate and strengthen core products
  • Collaborate with R&D, Consumer Insights, Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales and Finance to take innovation ideas from concepts to reality
  • Create breakthrough communications that will drive trial of innovation and long term growth for the business
  • Develop a deep understanding of the consumer and leverage consumer insights to drive long term innovation strategy
  • Own the P&L, representing financial position relative to plan and risks & opportunities to leadership. Partner closely with Finance to build financial projections in operating plan, business plan and ongoing financial updates
  • Monitor competitive market dynamics to inform development of, &/or changes required to, marketing plans
  • Exhibit expert knowledge of consumer, marketing & media trends to influence the communications and media strategies and planning. Use data and analytics to continuously optimize communications and promotions plans
  • Lead Agency relationships (Creative agency, Media agency, etc.) to develop scopes of work, deliver against business priorities and evaluate performance relative to brand objectives
