1. Perform Bank Accounts reconciliation clarify variances and correct differences daily & communicate required adjustments in a timely manner to clear unreconciling items with the accounts receivable & accounts payable to keep them up to date with the transactions that exist in our bank account.

2. Fixed Assets: 

A- Create project no. for approved assets based on request from responsible departments.

B- Create Assets as per request from responsible departments.

C- Match the asset with invoices posted and reconcile the values with calculations sent from each department.

D- In case of disposals, write off disposed assets from register and post an entry with the selling price.

3. Perform Fixed Assets & Intangibles reconciliation on monthly basis and clarify any differences with GL and verify the reconciliation to AO manager.

4. Run Depreciation every month as per closing schedule. 

5. Prepare & analyze the following accounts reconciliation in system for the balance sheet following accounts: 

A. Corporate tax & Deferred tax

B. Prepayments & leasing

C. External Debt

6. Prepare Tax Pack quarterly & any other report as requested by management.

7. Prepare the IFRS report in-coordination with AO manager

8. Perform ICO reconciliation & answer to related queries to the group on due time

9. Manage the interface between systems on a monthly basis.

10. Provide all documents required by the audit team, ensure that all documents are reconciling with accounts & are provided on a timely basis.

11. Revise all BS reconciliations with AO manager.
