Fleet Manager

We are looking for a Fleet Manager to join Froneri Egypt.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor Degree
Major: Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
Experience: 6-10 years of experience.
Fixed Assets Maintenance responsibilities, including maintenance budget preparation and control
Preferable experienced in fleet maintenance.
Job Description
- Develop and maintain Engineering competences at the DC level (including technical and management competencies, talent review, career and succession planning, etc)
- Ensure optimum decisions are made/implemented regarding DC assets (including Investment cycle), in alignment with the Market Business Strategy. Manage accordingly the DCs assets' data
- Monitor Capital Investments, ensuring justification, request, implementation, reporting aligned with Guidelines.
- Enable high performance Operations, by providing fleet maintenance according to the FRONERI Strategy.
- Fulfill cold chain requirements, primary transport and sales vehicles availability and their optimization.
- Ensure optimum and sustainable Operations at fleet maintenance level, by following the preventive maintenance approach, driving the corresponding Reporting System, and respecting SHE policies
- Maintenance Budget. Maintain & control it in the main garage and across all DCs.
- Control spare parts stocks taking into consideration both slow moving items as well as working Capital
