Job Description
- Set annual objectives, plans, and budget for his area shops
- Participate with Ops Manager in the selection of new stores to ensure stores conformity to operations standards and service level.
- Follow all quality policies and procedures to ensure providing the best product quality and service.
- Participate in product development and product mix in coordination with R&D.
- Share in setting up catering, events to ensure providing the product and service externally within Company standards and service level to maximize revenues, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Share with Ops manager in the ordering plans on annual, monthly, and daily bases to ensure availability of products with minimum waste.
- Implement local store marketing and promotions in coordination with OPS manager and marketing department.
- Develop and follow procedures to maintain customer satisfaction and execute actions to overcome any customer complains.
- Build friendly environment with customers and serve products with high level of hospitality to build customer loyalty and increase sales.
- Manage the stores and products in an efficient way to ensure maximizing revenues and cost minimization.
