Key Accounts Development Supervisor

FRONERI Egypt is looking for a Key Accounts Development Supervisor, who will join the Sales Team to be delivering accelerated sales, market share targets through creating, selling, and executing the category commercial elements with the Customer. Take part in growing the business through celebrated brands & bringing excitement to our consumers and customers.


Education: Bachelor Degree

Major: Business Administration or similar

Experience: 2-4 years of experience

High Communication & Leadership Skills

Ability to gather and analyze data efficiently with strong attention to detail

Work experience in a similar industry (FMCG).

Team player and the ability to work across different multi-media platforms and departments

Job Description

  • Finalize business agreements with all assigned Key Accounts including listing, TTS, targets, branding activities, and promotional Calendar.
  • Drive business relationship with the key accounts, understand the customers and business, and ensure a good and healthy relationship with them.
  • Maintain close and frequent contact with all necessary personnel within the customer, to resolve challenges, issues, and queries as they arise. 
  • Execute and effectively coordinate tie-ups with Key Accounts Sales Operation team.
  • Lead the Weekly Key Accounts Sales review.
  •         a. Prepare the need analysis per customer to ensure achieving the agreed-on Sales Target.

            b. Identify Issues & opportunities. 

            c. Recommend the required action plan to enhance overall performance.

    • Manage and control TTS/CCS by customers and ensure its settlement.
    • Monitor customer open item and facilitate the collection of any overdue.
    • Lead and implement channel specific marketing strategies and plans for the assigned retailers.
    • Conceptualize and execute trade promotions and roll out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
    • Lead activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility.
    • Visit points of sales regularly to ensure that the brand is visible and guidelines are respected.
    • Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies.
