Requirements


Education: Bachelor Degree

Major: Pharmacy, Sciences or Agriculture

Experience: 0-2 years of experience

Food manufacturing background

Food safety experience is a plus

Experience in quality control

Excellent communication skills





Job Description


About the Graduate Program:

  • Froneri invests in young people and provides them with the relevant skills and training they need to achieve their goals through a 1-year program, where you work as a full time & rotate among different functions within the company. About the Quality Control Graduate Program:
You will have the chance to work on the below:

  • Follow and carry out company Quality Policy and conduct product inspections to guarantee the quality of the goods produced
  • Escalate quality or food safety findings or incidents to management.   
  • Monitor and assure that CCP points are checked regularly
  • Ensure that daily GMP(Good Manufacturing Practices) are well maintained according to designated areas
  • Close the weekly GMP report and conduct the tour with the factory hygienist
  • Ensure that a high quality of products, services, housekeeping, and hygiene standards are maintained and improved in designated areas
  • Release line in presence of Shift Supervisor in start-up or after product change over
  • Implement FIFO principle during filling semi-finish product and recording all parameter used for traceability
  • Maintain the hygiene level in the production area
  • Participate in the line assessment projects with the Quality Assurance team
  • Ensure applying and respecting safety & Environment policy for his machine or area
  • Supervise the cleaning activities according to the cleaning manual, to ensure that the previous shifts are cleaned and avoid any microbiological contamination
