He/ She will be responsible for sales volume & value and distribution targets and will assist in planning channel and customer development programs.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor Degree
Major: Business Administration, Management & operations or Commerce
Experience: 7-10 years of experience in the same field
Drive Excellence in Execution
Experience in Ice Cream or frozen food industry is plus
Fluency in English language
High communication & leadership skills
Job Description
1. Achieving sales Value, Volume & distribution target, by following the business KPIs.
2. Executing the agreed-on channel & customer plans.
3. Leading, coaching, and directing the sales force to achieve sales objectives and targets.
4. Ensuring good shelf displays, visibility, and merchandising at the marketplace.
5. Ensuring market returns do not exceed the pre-set target by the sales management.
6. Ensuring the implementation of consumer and trade promotions at his/ her area.
7. Supervising the daily loading of the assigned salesmen and ensuring the cooling units of all trucks are efficiently operating.
8. Constantly reviewing competitive activities at the marketplace and reporting them to the management.
9. Handling all customer complaints and objections.
10. Maximizing the best utilization of company assets (Freezers/ trucks) to ensure the highest productivity & efficiency.
