About the Graduate Program:

• Froneri invests in young people and provides them with the relevant skills and training they need to achieve their goals through a 1-year program where you work as a full time & rotate among different functions inside the company. Then, if you proved efficiency, you land on a job.

About the Electrical Graduate Program:

You will rotate around 3 main functions:

1. Refrigeration & Utilities:

- Handle the energy management and metering system in the Industrial service section.

- Responsible for the preventive maintenance planning in the Refrigeration section.                     

- Ensure compliance to safety & food safety regulations in all the section maintenance activities.

       2. Mechanical Department:

- Responsible for the preventive maintenance on the machines efficiency.

- Connect between both the production and the maintenance KPIs for finding solution and implementing actions plans.

- Investigate on all the non-standard and establish an action plan. 

        3. Electrical Department: 

- Implement and improve electrical facilities and Automation systems.

- Schedule and undertake periodic maintenance on all electrical equipment, components, and installations.

- Direct and coordinate installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and Audit requirements.
