He/ She will be responsible for leading their team to achieve the sales values targets within the handled area, while delivering highest service quality & trade assets control.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Major: Economics or Marketing
Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience in Sales Operation or Account Management within FMCG industry
Understand trade channels
Strong knowledge of local market
Knowledge of Shopper Behavior
Knowledge of our brands (positioning and strategies)
Job Description
1. Achieve sales value and numeric distribution targets through following the business KPIs.
2. Control trade assets in the market and maximize the best utilization of company assets (Freezers/ trucks) to ensure the highest productivity/ efficiency.
3. Ensure the deployment of different visibility packages P.O.P.
4. Provide the Sales management with the sufficient reports covering peoples performance /behavior/ market conditions/ competition/ others.
5. Lead, coach, and direct the Sales force to achieve the present sales objectives and targets and ensure the highest distribution of NPDs.
6. Ensure control & collection of salesmen shortage & customers' open item on time.
