Business Development Supervisor

We are hiring results oriented & strategic thinking Business Development Supervisor to be responsible for the development of the categories within a number of key Accounts (Modern trade and out of home channels) at the right cost

Job Description

  • Prepare the need analysis per customer to ensure achieving the agreed business agreements with all Key Accounts including listing, TT&C, Targets, branding activities, and promotional Calendar
  • Participate in providing input on business developments on frequent basis to monitor the current status of the business
  • Maintain high communication strategy with Sales Operations team to reinforce Key Accounts' targets in parallel to the company targets and KPIs.
  • Manage and control TTS (Trade spends) /CCS (profitability) by customers, and ensure its settlement
  • Track, analyze and propose actions of business progression at Modern Trade and Out of Home channels.
  • Execute and effectively coordinate tie-ups with Key Accounts and Sales Operation team.

Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration

Major: Marketing, Management or Economics

Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales Operations within FMCG industry

Strong understanding of market dynamics
