Sales Supervisor

We are hiring results driven, self-reliant Sales Supervisor to be responsible for our Modern Trade and Horreca trade channels within specific Sales area, and to ensure the increase of the sales value within the area handled.

Job Description

  • Achieve sales value and numeric distribution targets by following the business KPIs 
  • Control trade assets in the market, and maximize the best utilization of company assets (freezers/ trucks) to ensure the highest productivity & efficiency. 
  • Ensure the deployment of different visibility packages P.O.P. 
  • Ensure customers' credit collection on its due, and control the Sales man shortage
  • Provide feedback about the progress of Operational KPIS in the areas to line manager. 
  • Provide the Sales management with sufficient reports covering peoples' performance /behavior/ market conditions/ competition/ others. 
  • Lead, coach, and direct the Sales force to achieve the preset sales objectives and targets, and ensure the highest distribution of new product developments
  • Work closely with Key Account Managers to achieve customer targets and report activities implementation 



Cairo Distribution Centers


Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Major: Economics or Marketing

Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience in Sales Operation or Account Management within FMCG industry

Understand trade channels

Strong knowledge of local market

Knowledge of Shopper Behavior

Knowledge of our brands (positioning and strategies)
