Accounting Operations Analyst
We are looking for a detail oriented Accounting Operations Analyst with sufficient accounting/finance knowledge to join our Finance team. The candidate will contribute to a broad spectrum of operational accounting areas, to maintain records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss or other financial activities within the organization.

Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration
Major: Accounting
Experience: 0 - 2 years of experience in Accounting Operations
Job Description
- Perform Bank Accounts reconciliation, clarify variances and correct differences daily
- Perform accounting entries based on reconciliation for exchange rate differences including bank charges, interests and internal transfers
- Perform Fixed Assets reconciliation on monthly basis, clarify any differences with GL and verify the reconciliation to AO manager
- Perform the required Balance sheet Accounts Reconciliations and take action for unreconciled items
- Prepare the IFRS report in-coordination with AO manager
- Prepare Tax Pack quarterly
& any other report as requested by management
- Reconcile the main bank balances with the statement on monthly basis
- Report the outstanding unreconciled balance by bank with justification on weekly basis supported using an Aging report
- Communicate required adjustments to clear unreconciling items with the AR & AP and keep them up to date with the transactions that exist in our bank account
- Run depreciation every month as per closing schedule
