Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Major: Food Science, Pharmacy and biotechnology, chemical Engineering, Agriculture
Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience preferably in F&B industry
Understand basic product development process
Understand recipe management systems and process
Understand raw and pack materials specs
Basic experience in data management
Eagerness to learn
Job Description
- Support in the product and process development as well
as the recipe management.
- Support in Research products, markets, and
technology to improve existing brand/product offering.
- Manage the data of the R&D as well as the
R&D standards and processes.
- Support in building Knowledge about
ice cream, coating, caramelized sugar, sugar cone, and other industries related
to company needs.
- Manage &
Run trials from materials sourcing to trail planning, to execution and
presentation either kitchen, or pilot, or factory floor.
- Review and develop materials well
product specs and technical documentation as needed internally and externally
by all stakeholders.
- Coordinate all
trials needs with all stakeholders internal external or external
(suppliers local and Foreigners, supply chain, operation, finance, etc.).
- Help in building raw and pack materials specs.
