Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Major: Food Science, Pharmacy and biotechnology, chemical Engineering, Agriculture
Experience: 7 - 10 years of experience preferably in F&B industry
MBA will be an addition
Understand market and consumer trends
Ideation management
Quality and food safety awareness
Basic knowledge of Scientific and regulatory affairs
Product and process design knowledge
Knowledge of BOM management systems
Job Description
- Support in creating the ice cream recipes and the
innovation management.
- Lead the product and process and product development
as well as the recipe creation.
- Plan ice cream recipes and manage their
production on a large scale.
- Collaborate with food production staff
for quality, safety, labeling, production, handling, and distribution of food
products.
- Ensure that strict hygiene food safety standards
are met.
- Maintain accurate records to ensure
smooth start-up for new product production processes.
- Manage & run new product
development from all aspects from concept design with marketing to material, to
formulation, to process, to machine, to final product delivered to factory
& sales.
- Collaborate with operations to optimize processes and production for
existing items with the limits of product specifications.
- Develop samples/prototypes of new products as well
as Modify the existing ones to create more marketable products.
