Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Major: Industrial, Mechanical or any related field.
Experience: 1-3
Experience in Planning
Excellent Use of Microsoft Office
Job Description
- Collect requirements from sales and marketing.
- Measure the demand indicators to evaluate demand forecast.
- Plan and prioritizing sales & operation planning activities to maximize
performance and minimize delays.
- Develop details production schedule and generate work orders to cover
sales requirements with the agreed policy.
- Check the capacity of resources including machine, labor, warehouse.
- Check the availability of materials throw the stock and the delivery
schedules with the MRP team.
- Monitor Work Orders to evaluate the performance by ensuring timing and
delivered quantity.
- Address operation issues and updated plans.
- Obtain output reports include utilization report, labor plans, FG and
semi-finished output (PALs, Each, and Cases).
- Collaborate with sales, Production, quality control, warehouse and other
staff.
