Quality Assurance Trainee Program
We are seeking energetic, goal-oriented university graduates, with high level of accountability to work with our Quality Assurance team. Our QA Trainee Program is hands on experience, which is designed to provide fresh graduates with the learn by doing experience and exposure required for a successful career.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor degree in Pharmacy, Science or Biotechnology
Major: Pharmacy, Science or Biotechnology
Experience: Less than 1 year of experience

Job Description
We are seeking energetic, goal-oriented university graduates, with high level of accountability to work with our Quality Assurance team. Our QA Trainee Program is hands on experience, which is designed to provide fresh graduates with the learn by doing experience and exposure required for a successful career.
As a QA Trainee, the candidate will take part in valuable learning experiences including structured on job training during which he/she will work closely with QA experts to learn all aspects of our quality standards and will contribute to the safety and quality of our ice cream products, by identifying potential risks and looking for prevention measures

When the training phase is complete, selected trainee of top performance is given the opportunity to put his/her new knowledge and skills to work as a Quality Assurance Specialist upon having an opening.
- Prepare the sensory evaluation test for the FP as well as monitor the consumer related quality aspects.
- Perform daily good manufacturing practices audits on the production & warehouse, and perform statistical trends with the results.
- Perform the analysis to the services.
Follow up the safety production for the regents, methods and the general lab safety roles. - Support in performing the quality checks related to all the sensory aspects of the product.
- Support the QM in closing all consumer complaints.
- Apply the analysis required according to the laboratory instructions
- Apply the GLP and perform its ICP related.
- Assist in the supplier audits.
- Report the results of the incoming materials analysis results and release them
- Responsible for preparing the supplier assessment.
- Responsible for the release of IC and chocolate mixes.
- Responsible to release FP in case of absent the microbiologist.
- Coordinate with the NPD team in establishing new specifications
- Update the materials QMS on yearly base.
