Job Description

1.Manage the lab analysis including the microbiological and chemical analyses of finished products and raw materials . Manage all the pathogen analysis either as environmental, raw or finished products.

2.Maintain the good laboratory practice and ISO requirements of the lab.

3.Participate in  the supplier quality assurance audits of the raw materials suppliers either locally, or globally with Froneri Global quality team.

4.Manage the raw materials quality monitoring scheme, including creation of the materials quality requirements on the JDE system according to R&D specifications, releasing the raw materials and communication with all the concerned functions in all raw materials issues.

5. Handing raw materials complaints with the suppliers

6. Coordinate with R&D in any trials or approvals related to the raw materials specifications, new raw materials NPDs and improvement for raw materials quality specifications, as well as maintaining a database for all raw materials documentations.

7. Coordinating with the supply chain team to improve the quality of the raw suppliers.

8.Responsible for HALAL certification for all Froneri products.

9.Responsible for sensory evaluations for the raw materials as well as be a part of the panelist team of the factory for finished products evaluation.

10.Support the factory hygienist in FSSC requirements related to his/her job





Education: Education Bachelorโ€™s Degree

Major: Pharmacy, Biotechnology or Food Science

Experience: 2-3 years

Exposure in an FMCG industry
