We are hiring an HR Specialist with strong decision-making skills, deep understanding of employee relationships, staffing management and training & effective at scheduling and methodical in the recruitment process. Top candidates will be comfortable handling internal employee engagement & communication activities as well as maintain a great relationship with our external talent prospects to serve FRONERI future acquisition needs.



Requirements


Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Major: HR

Experience: 2 years of HR experience in Talent and communication management

Volunteering in NGOs

Volunteering in student organizations, extracurricular activities

Excellent knowledge of talent acquisition portals & online platforms

Resourceful & actively connected to talents platforms





Job Description


  • Conduct talent sourcing, benchmarking, assessment and interviewing (CBI)
  • Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
  • Responsible for all employer branding activities
  • Builds talents pool for future requirements
  • Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies
  • Manage employee engagement programs and own engagement calendar panning & execution
  • Work on creative content generation for all communication and engagement platforms
  • Ensure communication strategy is in line with company strategy
  • Identify key engagement drivers for employees in multiple levels and locations
  • Manage CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities 
  • Job is not limited to the above activities, but extends to other HR projects including talent management, L&D and talent acquisition
